Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the TWFT Systems infrastructure. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the reputation of our IP ranges and ensure compliance with upstream providers including Mailgun, AWS SES, and global ISP standards.

1. B2B & Commercial Mandate

Our services are exclusively available to Business Entities (B2B) for the purpose of managing mobile application lifecycles. Personal use or use by unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Accounts must be verified via a corporate domain email.

2. Permitted Email Types (Transactional Only)

To comply with Mailgun AUP and international anti-spam laws, only the following email categories are permitted:

• System Alerts: Crash reports, server downtime notifications, security breaches.
• Lifecycle Events: Beta testing invitations (to opted-in users), provisioning profile expirations.
• Authentication: 2FA codes, password resets, magic links.

>> Marketing newsletters and promotional offers are technically blocked at the SMTP level.

3. Prohibited Content & Practices

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists.
• Sending content related to: Gambling, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Cryptocurrency schemes, Pharmaceutical products, or Adult content.
• Failing to include a valid physical postal address in email footers.
• Masking the origin of the email or using deceptive subject lines.

4. Recipient Verification (Double Opt-In)

All recipients added to a testing environment must be verified. We enforce a strict workflow:

1. Admin invites user via the Console.
2. System sends a verification challenge.
3. User must click to accept the invitation (Double Opt-In).
4. Only then can the user receive build notifications.

5. Enforcement & Reporting

We monitor bounce rates and spam complaints in real-time. Accounts exceeding a 3% bounce rate or 0.08% complaint rate are automatically suspended.
